Terri Moore serves as vice president of human resources for Dean Foods Co., a leading food and beverage company and the largest processor of fluid milk and other dairy products in the United States. She has more than 32 years of human resources experience, nearly 28 of which are in the dairy and meat snack industries. In her current role, she’s responsible for overseeing human resources for the company’s corporate office. She has significant field experience and is able to use her business knowledge to provide a companywide perspective and better serve the executives (and teams) whom she serves. While a strong HR generalist, Moore has done significant work in organizational effectiveness, change and project management, learning and development as well as managed acquisitions. Prior to Dean Foods, she worked for Melody Farms where she held the top HR role. Moore has a degree in psychology from Central Michigan University and has several certifications in change management and project management, and is certified in various L&D programs. Moore, a native of Michigan, moved to Dallas in 2008.
